Your Guide

Yuda Abitbol

Born in Kahaluʻu, Hawaiʻi. Chef, forager, and educator with over ten years learning the plants, systems, and seasons that most people have forgotten how to see.

In 2024 he completed a 90-day wild food challenge — eating only what he could hunt, fish, farm, or forage — to highlight food sovereignty in a state where over 80% of food is imported.
