Over three hours, you'll move through native and naturalized forest on Oahu's lush windward side, stopping to identify edible plants, wild mushrooms, and seasonal forest ingredients. Yuda explains the ecology behind each species — not just what it is, but why it grows where it does, how to harvest it without harming the forest, and what to do with it in the kitchen.
No prior knowledge required. The walk is designed for curious people who want to understand the land they're on.
