Every private dinner begins in the forest. Yuda forages what's in season — wild aromatics, island fungi, coastal plants — then builds a six-course meal around what the land provides that day.
Approximately 80% of each dinner is wild-sourced or grown by local farmers Yuda knows personally. No two dinners are the same.
